Shipping policy

Every Petit Four pastry is handcrafted in Paris, flash frozen and vacuum sealed the same day it is made, then stocked in the USA in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Miami. Orders ship frozen from the location best placed to reach you.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We cannot currently ship to PO boxes or outside the USA.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed in insulated packaging with cold packs to keep them frozen in transit. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. To protect quality, we may hold orders so they do not sit in transit over a weekend or public holiday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

When your order arrives

Please make sure someone can receive your order and place it straight in the freezer. To serve, thaw in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and enjoy within 24 hours. Never refreeze once defrosted.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that thaw because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery. If your order arrives damaged or thawed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
