Where are your pastries made?
Every piece is handcrafted in a culinary laboratory in Paris and stocked in the USA, in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Miami.
Why do they arrive frozen?
Each piece is flash frozen and vacuum sealed the same day it is made. This locks in texture and flavor until it reaches your table.
How do I serve them?
Thaw them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, then enjoy within 24 hours. Never refreeze once defrosted. See our How to Serve page for details.
Do you have gluten free or dairy free options?
Yes. The Sweet Gluten Free Platter is gluten free, and the Mini Maracuja and Chocolate Platter is both dairy free and gluten free. Check each product page for full details.
Is there anything artificial in them?
No artificial flavoring and no additives.
