Thaw, serve, take the credit.
1. Keep it frozen
Your pieces arrive frozen in a vacuum pack. Keep them at minus 18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit) until you are ready.
2. Thaw in the refrigerator
Cut open the bag, remove the pieces, and place them in the refrigerator (0 to 4 degrees Celsius, 32 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit) at least 4 hours before serving.
3. Serve and enjoy
For best quality, enjoy within 24 hours of defrosting. Never refreeze once defrosted.
