Refund policy

Petit Four pastries are perishable food made to order, flash frozen and shipped frozen. For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns.

Damaged, defrosted or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incomplete or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@agriculinarytrade.com with your order number and photos of the package and contents. Once we have reviewed your claim we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been prepared for shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Missed deliveries

Please make sure someone is available to place your order in the freezer on arrival. We cannot refund orders that thaw because of an incorrect address, a missed delivery or a delay in storing the package after it was delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
